How It Works  🎯

Completing the Profile: After submission, an email invitation from SmartRecruiters will be sent to complete the candidate profile and screening questions. Filling these out ensures our Hiring team has all necessary details.

Proactive Matching: Profiles in this pool are actively monitored by the Talent Acquisition team. While an initial HR screening isn't scheduled immediately upon joining, our team reaches out directly to book an interview as soon as a matching position opens up.
