As a joint initiative by the six biggest retail banks in New Zealand, we're all about providing top-notch service to our customers under one roof. You'll be the face of the operation, welcoming customers, booking appointments, and making sure they have an awesome experience. · Explain the awesomeness of the banking hub and how it can make life easier for customers
· Be a tech guru and help customers get the most out of banking technology
· Educate customers on mobile options and self-service technology
· Manage customer flow and prioritise their needs like a pro
As a successful candidate, you'll be employed by Westpac (the managing bank for Ōpōtiki) and will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers and banking technologies. If you've got previous customer service experience and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
