Substantial experience in client-facing roles, including building senior client relationships, resolving complex concerns and identifying opportunities to create additional value.

Demonstrated ability to balance client expectations, operational requirements, commercial priorities and financial stewardship.

Experience developing and executing business plans, budgets, performance targets and operational improvement initiatives.

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management and problem-solving capabilities.

Sound judgement and the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions in changing circumstances.

Professional fluency in French and English.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight travel.

Experience supporting large-scale service contracts, projects or complex multi-location client relationships.

Post-secondary education or relevant leadership, business or operations-management training.

Equivalent combinations of education, training and relevant experience will be considered. If your background is not directly in fire and life safety but you have successfully led a client-focused, multi-location service operation, we encourage you to apply.
