Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

At The Social Hub, we create spaces where people can stay, work, learn, and play. From restaurants and coworking spaces to gyms and community hubs, every fit-out project plays a key role in bringing our brand to life. As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a Regional Fit-Out Manager to lead the delivery of fit-out projects across the DACH region.

As the Regional Fit-Out Manager DACH, you'll take ownership of delivering fit-out projects across the region. You'll lead projects from kick-off through opening, ensuring every space is completed on time, within budget, and to The Social Hub's quality standards. Alongside managing your own projects, you'll also take a regional perspective by overseeing fit-out projects across DACH when needed, providing guidance and direction to Project Managers and ensuring a consistent approach to delivery across the region.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

Lead fit-out projects across the DACH region from project initiation to opening.

Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance.

Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.

Oversee multiple projects across the region, balancing priorities and resources to meet business needs.

Support and coordinate Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery.

Act as a regional point of contact for fit-out projects, providing reporting, escalation, and decision-making.

What You’ll Have

7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments.

Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, with the ability to translate design intent into high-quality execution

Excellent project and commercial management skills.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.

A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality

Structured, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Located in Berlin or Vienna.

Fluency in English and German.

What We Offer:

The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future

The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change

The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth

Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!

A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
