• 政策环境与客户洞察：
• 掌握省市级层面VBP和列名准入政策及其在医院层面的潜在影响
• 追踪医院层面VBP和列名准入政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素
• 了解科室层面VBP和列名准入政策的实施计划与情况
• 风险识别与机会分析
• 持续评估医院层面VBP风险和捷诺妥列名机会，确定医院互动优先级
• 基于医院互动优先级，规划客户互动活动来实现工作目标
• 跨省区域市场策略规划及落地，区域运营管理
• 基于区域市场环境、政策趋势及业务目标，制定跨省区域市场策略与行动计划。
• 跟踪区域策略执行进展，根据市场变化及时优化调整。
• 关键决策者识别
• 识别目标院内关键决策者及其影响力
• 了解关键决策者行为驱动力和未满足需求
• 确定针对关键决策者的互动目标
• 客户互动与行为影响
• 与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系
• 通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键决策者
• 设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台
• 合作影响力
• 将收集到的信息及时分享给跨部门团队（如业务团队 – 他们可以把这些信息运用在与临床医生的互动当中）
• 与跨部门团队合作，安排定期沟通会议，确认目标医院风险和机会点以及客户互动计划，跟踪执行进度和结果
