Are you an experienced leader within financial planning or wealth management, looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact?

Titan Wealth is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of circa 20 Financial Planners across the Norwich region. This is a high-profile leadership role, combining adviser development, commercial performance, client excellence and the successful integration of newly acquired businesses as we continue our ambitious growth journey.

You'll be responsible for leading experienced advisers through periods of change, creating a high-performance culture, supporting adviser development at every career stage, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

Based from our Norwich office for approximately two days per week, this is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing wealth management businesses at a pivotal stage of its growth.

We are looking for a proven people leader with strong financial planning or wealth management experience, a track record of managing sizeable adviser teams, and experience leading through complex organisational change and integration activity.
