Regional Market Lead - Technical Product Management (TPM)

Team Overview

• Lead, mentor, and manage TPMs embedded across LATAM product lines and platforms
• Act as the regional subject matter expert on systems, architecture, data flows, and integration patterns
• Translate LATAM business priorities into technical strategy and measurable execution plans
• Represent LATAM in global forums, planning, and prioritization discussions
• Drive delivery discipline: PDLC governance, Definition of Ready/Done, dependency and risk management
• Own portfolio prioritization and capacity planning across regional initiatives
• Oversee launch readiness, market adoption, and post-launch stabilization across LATAM markets
• Build trusted relationships with regional CIOs, business leaders, engineering, and architecture teams

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
• Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• •15+ years in product management, technical delivery, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership
• •Proven experience managing TPMs or technology leads across multiple product lines, markets, or regions
• •Strong grasp of platform modernization, integration/API architecture, security, and operational readiness
• •Track record leading through ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving executive-level reporting
• •Prior experience in regional/market-facing technology leadership, large-scale transformation, or cross-market delivery is a strong plus
• •Fluent English and Spanish
