Education: High school diploma or associate’s degree (or higher) in administration, business, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years in office management, ideally in a Head Start or early childhood setting.

Skills: Strong organizational, training, and communication skills. Ability to support others effectively and prioritize tasks.

Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

Mobility: Ability to travel frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.

Why You’ll Love It Here

We are passionate about our work and the incredible children and families we have the privilege to support. Since 1975, we’ve been dedicated to Community and Family Engagement, operating Head Start programs since 1991, often in some of the most challenging, isolated, and underserved areas. Our programs are rooted in research and designed to uplift children and families through inclusive, culturally sensitive, and science-based care. We are deeply committed to the professional growth of minority communities, and our team includes bilingual and bicultural staff who reflect and respect the communities we serve.

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that you can make a real difference here:

  • Make a direct impact on children, families, and community operations.
  • Work alongside passionate professionals who value teamwork and family engagement.
  • Build your skills in leadership, training, and cross-center collaboration.

Apply today to be part of a dedicated team committed to creating positive, consistent, and high-quality experiences for every child and family we serve.
