This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Operations & Maintenance Manager based in United States.

  • This leadership role oversees the safe, reliable, and commercially effective operation of a regional portfolio of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • You will lead multidisciplinary teams while managing day-to-day operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and vendor performance.
  • The position combines technical expertise, operational leadership, emergency response, and commercial accountability across multiple sites.
  • You will use SCADA, EMS, BMS, and other operational data to improve reliability, identify risks, and drive lasting corrective actions.
  • The role also covers battery health, warranty management, maintenance planning, commissioning, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle optimization.
  • You will work closely with customers, OEMs, contractors, engineers, and senior leaders in a fast-evolving energy infrastructure environment.
  • The position is remote within California and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and operational excellence of large-scale energy storage assets.
