Regional Property Manager – Affordable Housing (Columbus, OH)

What You’ll Do

Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities

• •Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams
• •Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control
• •Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
• •Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance
• •Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff
• •Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership

Located in Columbus, OH or within a 1-to-2-hour drive

• •Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role
• •Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations
• •Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)
• •Valid driver’s license required
