Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Motivate and inspire the team while serving as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and customer engagement.

Carry an individual sales quota and actively prospect, develop opportunities, and close new business while leading the regional sales team.

Partner with Marketing to develop strategies for customer engagement, retention, and regional growth initiatives.

Support the rollout and adoption of new products, services, and sales initiatives across the region, adapting plans with strategic agility as conditions change.

Safety & Culture

Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all customer-facing and field activities align with company safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Build strong relationships internally and externally, consistently delivering a high level of professionalism and service.
