We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales effort of multiple branches and Sales Representatives within a region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• •Develop a strategy to increase sales and customer base
• •Manage multiple Sales Reps across multiple sales territories
• •Contributes to the development of the annual revenue budget for multiple sales territories
• •Develops and manages operational budget for sales effort
• •Responsible for meeting sales revenue objectives
• •Creates and maintains sales processes and procedures
• •Establishes and maintains sales areas for Sales Reps
• •Helps develop and maintain customer relations
• •Generates quotes and review quotes of sales staff
• •Recruits and maintains capable sales staff
• •Responsible for training and development of sales staff
• •Ensures safety of both the workplace and workforce
• •Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• •Must be self-motivated, high-energy and have the desire to be successful.
• •High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• •5 years of industry or sales management experience preferred.
• •Experience using CRM software a plus.
• •Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• •Must demonstrate effective time management skills.
• •Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
