Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Geflüchteten, insbesondere zu asyl- und aufenthaltsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung in sozialen, gesundheitlichen und persönlichen Angelegenheiten sowie bei Behördenkontakten
  • Beratung zu Fragen des Wohnens, der Arbeit, Ausbildung und gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe
  • Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe
  • Netzwerkarbeit und Kooperation mit Behörden, Institutionen und Fachberatungsstellen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (z.B. BA Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik, Soziologie, Politik-, Sozial & Rechtswissenschaften oder gleichwertige Qualifikation)
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine wertschätzende, vorurteilsbewusste Grundhaltung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an der Netzwerkarbeit
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Asyl-, Aufenthalts- und Sozialrecht
  • Beratungs- und Methodenkompetenz
  • hohe Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
