## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtleitung von mehreren Standorten mit unterschiedlicher Automarken
  • Steuerung aller Bereiche vom Neuwagenverkauf über Gebrauchtwagenhandel bis hin zu Werkstatt und Teilevertrieb
  • Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung: Operative Führung aller Abteilungsleiter und Teams
  • Prozess- und Strukturoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe – vom Fahrzeugdurchlauf in der Werkstatt über die Verkaufsprozesse bis hin zur Personalentwicklung
  • Kennzahlen analysieren und Verbesserungspotenziale umsetzen

## Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Automobilhandel, z. B. als Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d), Gebietsleiter (m/w/d) oder Filialleiter (m/w/d)
  • Eine starke und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Entscheidungsstärke
