  • *Deine Mission *
  • Als Regionalleiter:in bist du das Gesicht und das Rückgrat unserer Läden vor Ort. Du bist mitverantwortlich für bis zu 10 Standorte – und sorgst dafür, dass alles läuft: vom Regaleinräumen über Technik bis hin zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen. Du bist nicht allein: Unterstützt wirst du von unseren Minijobber:innen vor Ort und unserem zentralen Yobsti-Team aus Entwickler:innen, Vermarktung und Support.

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für mehrere Standorte/Teams

  • Unterstützung bei Führung und Betreuung von bis zu 10 Yobsti-Läden
  • Organisation und Koordination der Minijobber:innen
  • Qualitätssicherung vor Ort: Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Technik
  • Umsetzung unserer Prozesse und Standards
  • Ansprechpartner:in bei Störungen, Rückfragen oder Notfällen
  • Repräsentation von Yobsti in der Region – mit Herz und Verstand
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel – du kennst das Business
  • Verlässlichkeit und Herz am rechten Fleck
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region
  • Technisches Grundverständnis (z. B. für Kassensysteme, Software)
  • Du kannst Menschen mitziehen, motivieren und auch mal anschieben, wenn’s nötig ist
  • Du identifizierst dich mit der Idee eines neuen, regionalen Einzelhandels
