Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Niederlassungen im Raum Ost
  • Du führst und entwickelst die Niederlassungsleitungen und unterstützt sie bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele
  • Du steuerst und optimierst die regionalen Vertriebsprozesse
  • Du baust bestehende Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen aus und gewinnst neue Geschäftspartner
  • Du identifizierst neue Kunden, Marktsegmente und Geschäftspotenziale und entwickelst diese gezielt weiter
  • Du beobachtest Markt- und Branchentrends und leitest daraus konkrete Wachstumsstrategien ab
  • Du entwickelst die regionale Kunden- und Vertriebsstruktur weiter und stärkst die Marktposition von DEINZER + WEYLAND
  • Du stellst sicher, das Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Unternehmensziele erreicht und die Unternehmensstrategie erfolgreich in der Region umgesetzt wird

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung auf Regional-, Bereichs- oder vergleichbarer Ebene
  • Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich TGA
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strategische und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Du verstehst es, Menschen zu motivieren, Verantwortung zu übertragen und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Als Führungspersönlichkeit übernimmst du eine strategische und unternehmerische Verantwortung und wirst Teil unseres Management-Teams , in dem du die weitere Entwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mitgestaltest
