Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Ziel- & Serviceorientierte Führung deiner Studios nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
  • Prüfung und Einhaltung von Kennzahlen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung sowie Weiterbildung aller Mitarbeitenden zur Förderung einer guten Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von neuen Strategien und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Du bist zuständig für den Aufbau und die Pflege des Mitgliederstandes
  • Wechselnder Arbeitsort (Umkreis 20km)
  • Planung und Organisation von Marketing- und Promotionsmaßnahmen sowie der Vernetzung des Studios im lokalen Umfeld

Dein Profil

  • Du besitzt erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und ausreichend Vertriebserfahrung
  • Du kannst idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung vorweisen
  • Durch dein strukturiertes, zielorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Denken schaffst du es dich und deine Clubs weiterzuentwickeln
  • Mit deinem verantwortungsbewussten Handeln, motivierst du dich selbst und dein Team!
