Registered Behavior Technician
Part-time, 15-20 hours /week.
Mon-Tues full days, weekday availability varying from 8 am - 5 pm

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, community, and center-based settings. This position works under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and plays a key role in supporting client progress through consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans.
As an RBT, you will work directly with children using evidence-based ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills.
Key Responsibilities
Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior
Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans
Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members
Complete timely and accurate data collection using tablet or computer systems
Requirements
Active RBT certification (if not RBT certified, see our Behavior Technician posting)
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)
Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies
Clean background check and positive professional references
Patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children
Flexible with scheduling and program needs, able to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to long-term role and organizational mission
Coachable, reliable, professional, and growth mindset
Pay Range
$ 20.50/hour - $26.99/hour , based on years of experience as an RBT.
Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location
