At Reliant ABA Therapy, you’ll be part of a smaller clinic environment where you’re known, supported, and connected to your team. With direct access to BCBAs, hands-on mentorship, and a collaborative culture, this is a great opportunity for RBTs who value consistent support and meaningful relationships with both clients and coworkers.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic-based setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
Help clients build skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, and daily living
Collect and enter accurate session data using electronic systems
Communicate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members
Complete required session documentation accurately and on time
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or GED
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable transportation
Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with children

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand, sit, kneel, bend, walk, run, transition between floor and standing positions, lift up to 35 pounds, and respond quickly and safely to client needs throughout the workday.
