We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team and help provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform patient screenings including oral health assessments, health history review, oral cancer screenings, head and neck inspections, charting, and vital signs
• •Complete dental radiographs (x-rays) and assist with development and review
• •Remove calculus and plaque from tooth surfaces through preventive hygiene care
• •Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive materials
• •Administer nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia as permitted
• •Document existing restorations and identify areas of concern for dentist evaluation
• •Educate patients on oral hygiene, brushing, flossing, nutrition, and tobacco cessation
• •Maintain infection control standards and sterilization procedures following universal precautions
• •Assist with impressions for study casts and other clinical support as needed
• •Maintain accurate patient documentation and support administrative workflow

Requirements

• •Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Kansas
• •Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, radiology, and infection control standards
• •Excellent communication and patient education skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Current CPR certification
• •Experience working in a community health or public health setting
• •Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
