POSITION SUMMARY: Schedule is variable for RN coverage - no weekends or holidays. Thursdays are the required in-office day, and potentially coverage needs on Wednesdays depending on need. Hours are 8:30a-5:00p

• •Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.
• •Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families.

• •Participates in staff meetings, special projects, teams, outside courses, cross training and committees.
• •Supports organizational and departmental goals and strategic imperatives.
• •Triaging patient phone calls and patient advice requests in EPIC with provider collaboration, refill requests, completing utox screens, vital gathering.
• •Faxing lab results, working with pharmacies and community colleagues for continuity of care.
• •Safety planning with patients.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience: Psych experience required

Licensure: New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License.

Technical Certification: Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.

Professional Certification: Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice.

Software/ Hardware: Ability to advance basic computer skills as the health system adds new systems or performs upgrades to existing systems.
