the posting

G’day, we’re Mosh & Moshy.

We’re a digital health platform on a mission to improve access to evidence-based care across Australia. Through discreet, telehealth-first programs spanning hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management, we support thousands of patients navigating their health journey in a modern way.

Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission — delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join us full-time in a remote capacity.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than knowing your work matters and makes a difference. In this role, you’ll support patients throughout their treatment journey, improving their care and access to healthcare through safe, evidence-based and patient-centred telehealth services.

This role includes shift work across weekdays and weekends, with agreed hours based on service needs and your availability.

What you’ll do

This role will sit in our Patient Portal team. On a day to day basis you will:

Support new and existing patients throughout their treatment journey.

Review patient information, including questionnaires and clinical enquiries, within your nursing scope and established clinical pathways.

Respond to patient messages and provide clinical education, advice and telephone support.

Assess symptoms, triage concerns and escalate appropriately.

Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other team members to coordinate patient care.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation across our digital systems.

Share feedback to improve our systems, processes and patient experience.

Experience you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Registered Nurse who enjoys supporting patients through digital healthcare. You’ll bring sound clinical judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while staying connected with our remote clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA

A minimum of 3-5years’ experience as a Registered Nurse

Previous clinical experience in telehealth or digital health

Strong technological skills, with confidence navigating multiple digital platforms and learning new systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, compassionate care remotely

Strong clinical assessment, prioritisation and escalation skills

The ability to review patient information, manage clinical enquiries and support safe, timely care within established digital pathways

Availability for shift work, including weekends

Highly regarded:

An Emergency Department (ED) background and/or experience in men’s health, hair loss, dermatology, weight management, sexual health or mental health.

Familiarity with asynchronous models of care.

Working with Mosh & Moshy

We hire teammates who share our values, believe in our mission and are passionate about the future of healthcare. Some of the reasons our team loves Mosh & Moshy include:

Collaborative virtual care team

Access to on-demand training and development

Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave

Two extra paid leave days during our annual office closure

Purpose leave (mental health or L&D)

ClassPass discount

Our work makes a real, positive impact on the lives of others

How to apply:

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the position and relevant skills/experience.

Better, together

Everyone is different and we think that’s what makes life interesting. We believe these differences create new ideas, offer unique perspectives and speak on behalf of all of our customers.
