What You'll Do

As an RN in our Long-Term Care department, you will:

• •Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• •Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• •Collaborate with providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
• •Supervise and support nursing staff
• •Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications

• •Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• •Current Iowa RN license
• •BLS certification required
• •Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
• •Passion for serving seniors and providing exceptional resident-centered care
