Job Description:

• •Other duties as assigned.
• •Promotes a healthy and safe environment for patients.
• •Assists physicians and advanced providers during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• •Recognizes and responds appropriately to changes in patient health status.
• •Collaborates and communicates effectively with the patient and interprofessional team to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Ability to function at a high level in a physically demanding, high-stress environment
• •Demonstrated ability to work under stressful conditions
• •Ability to work irregular hours including call hours
• •Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft® Word and the ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs
• •Displays working knowledge of endoscopic techniques

Education:

• •Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• •Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• •1+ years acute care nursing experience [Required]
• •2+ years endoscopy experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) Upon Hire Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• •Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• •Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• •Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

• $31.85 - $52.76
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
