Job Description:

• •Supports outpatient GI office
• •Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM

• •Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.
• •Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
• •Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
• •Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• •Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.
• •Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.
• •Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.
• •Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary.
• •Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• •Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• •Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• •Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• •Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

• $29.50 - $47.20
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
