What Your Day Looks Like

As a Registered Nurse at LMH Health, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside physicians and interdisciplinary team members who value your clinical judgment and expertise.

You will:

• •Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• •Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans
• •Coordinate and communicate care across the healthcare team
• •Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• •Support safe, effective discharges and care transitions
• •Use evidence-based practices to improve outcomes
• •Participate in teamwork, shared governance, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• •Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• •Active Kansas RN license
• •Current BLS (ACLS/PALS required for select units)

Preferred:

• •Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• •ACLS certification (within 6 months for ED, ICU/2East, and select units)
