Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7-7.

Full Time: 3 shifts per week, with every other weekend expectation.

PRN requirement: 3 shifts per month; 1 of the shifts must be a weekend shift (Sat/Sun). 1 major holiday must be selected to work.

Base Compensation Range: $40.67-$48.53/hr depending on years of experience

Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights ( Mon-Fri ), $6/hr on weekend days ( Sat/Sun ), and $8/hr on weekend nights ( Sat/Sun )

• 🩺 About the Role:
• This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance:

Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days

Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more

Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more

Advanced Care: IVs, trachs , wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains

12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

✔️ What You’ll Need:

RN License ( State of TX )

CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred

1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

CRRN preferred

Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:

• •A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
• •Both gross and precise motor functions.
• •Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• •Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• •Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• •Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• •Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
• •Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
