Job Description:

• Schedule: Full Time Days
• Shift: Days Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (weekend coverage every 8-10 weeks)
• Location: Great Lakes Regions - AdventHealth territory South suburb, LaGrange, Hinsdale, Western Springs, Lemont, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Downers Grove, Westchester

Mileage reimbursement provided: $0.76 per mile

Company provided phone and laptop/iPad

• •Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.
• •Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• •Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.
• •Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
• •Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• •Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• •Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.
• •Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• •Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
• •Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
• •Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and IR procedures.
• •Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• •Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• •Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

1+ years experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• •Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• •Auto Insurance (AL) [Required]
• •Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

Pay Range:

$70,595.20 - $118,726.40
