What You’ll Do

• •Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages using the nursing process
• •Lead and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff during your shift
• •Ensure compliance with ER nursing standards and best practices
• •Act as Charge Nurse , coordinating patient care and staff assignments
• •Communicate effectively with leadership, including notifying the Director of unit concerns
• •Float to other units as needed and support staffing coverage, including on-call shifts
• •Maintain excellence in care delivery—even during challenging conditions

Additional Job Description

What You Bring

• •Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state
• •BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• •Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• •Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
• •Strong leadership, delegation, and critical-thinking skills
