Job Description:

• •Maintains safe practice by demonstrating unit-specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• •Ensures safe and effective handoff communications and documentation between caregivers.
• •Participates in peer interviewing and peer review processes.
• •Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.
• •Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.
• •Participates in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes.

Education:

• •Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• •Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Graduate of a school of nursing in nursing

Work Experience:

1+ years of recent and relevant experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• •Basic Life Support-CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• •Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• •NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) [Required]

Pay Range:

• $33.08 - $58.04
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
