Job Description:

Schedule: PRN as needed on days or nights. Orientation is Monday-Friday dayshift for the first 2 weeks, no exception on schedule.

Shift: Days or Nights 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Location: Covering our Stuart F Meyer Inpatient Unit, Palm Coast

• •Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines.
• •Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• •Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• •Participates in ongoing professional development and training.
• •Assesses and reassesses patient needs regularly to provide appropriate care.
• •Educates patients and families on plan of care and any changes to it.
• •Delivers critical nursing care to patients with complex health issues.
• •Manages end-of-life care issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
• •Administers and manages medications accurately and safely.
• •Other duties as assigned

Pay Range:

• $31.85 - $52.76
