Position Details:

Registered Nurse – Mercy Clinic Spine & Pain Management – Southfork

Location: 12700 Southfork Road, Suite 153 | St. Louis, MO 63128

Schedule: Part Time (24 hrs/week), Day Shift

What You'll Do

As an RN in our Spine & Pain Management clinic, you'll play a key role in caring for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team, you'll help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting a smooth and efficient clinic experience.

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while involving patients and families in treatment decisions

Perform focused assessments, triage symptoms, and support ongoing evaluation of spine and pain-related conditions

Assist with clinic operations, including patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post-procedure care

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to support treatment plans, including injections and interventional procedures

Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and follow appropriate escalation pathways

Provide clear patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategies

Accurately document care, interventions, and education in the electronic medical record

Support efficient clinic flow by prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing patient and clinic needs

What We're Looking For

Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Excellent communication and patient education skills

A dependable, team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice

Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience preferred (outpatient, orthopedics, procedural, or pain management experience a plus)

Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
