Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager based in Canada.

• This role oversees the governance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing administration of an international portfolio of legal entities.
• You’ll act as a central coordinator across Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external advisors.
• Your work will ensure entities remain in good standing while registrations, filings, licenses, and corporate obligations are completed accurately and on time.
• You’ll manage relationships with legal, accounting, corporate services, payroll, and other regulatory partners across multiple jurisdictions.
• As the organization expands internationally, you’ll help establish scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support a growing entity footprint.
• The role is highly operational and requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
