Regulatory Reporting Manager

The Regulatory Reporting team provides governance across all regulatory filings and related obligations globally. The team is responsible for report preparation, generating and coordinating responses for large cross-departmental filings, oversight of technology supporting regulatory filings, identification and implementation automation opportunities, and administering data standards. Regulators include but are not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Kanto Finance Bureau (KFB) and Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and build a high-performing regulatory reporting team in Warsaw, recruiting, mentoring, and developing technical and regulatory expertise

Own end-to-end delivery and governance of the firm’s regulatory filings and submissions across jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Design and scale robust controls, reconciliations, and workflow processes to reduce risk and support regulatory reviews and audits

Drive automation and data quality improvements by partnering with technology and data teams to build reporting pipelines, validation routines, and tooling

Manage vendor relationships and external service providers, translating business requirements into clear deliverables and monitoring vendor performance

Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business units to interpret regulatory obligations, gather requirements, and implement practical reporting solutions

Oversee daily transaction reporting, investigate anomalies, and lead incident response, remediation, and root-cause analysis with clear escalation paths

Partner on projects with Technology to implement new regulatory requirements and reporting enhancements, producing project plans, specifications, testing strategies, and deployment oversight

WHAT'S REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience at a financial institution in regulatory reporting, compliance reporting, or a closely related function, with at least 2 years managing or leading a team

Demonstrated experience preparing and managing regulatory filings and submissions for market regulations or equivalent reporting regimes

Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating controls, reconciliations, and governance frameworks for regulatory reporting

Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, Alteryx, or AI tools with hands-on experience building queries, validations, and reporting extracts

Practical experience working with data pipelines and automation tools or scripting languages to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

Hands-on experience with MiFID II transaction reporting (e.g., reference data reporting, trade reporting across OTC and exchange-traded products)

Demonstrated ability to partner on cross-functional projects with technology teams, including writing functional requirements and supporting testing and implementation

Experience managing external vendors and service providers related to regulatory reporting or data services

Solid knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, and derivatives and an understanding of trade booking and lifecycle impacts on reporting

Fluent written and spoken English and Polish and legal authorization to work full-time on-site in Warsaw, Poland
