  • Help monitor the timely completion and filing of rehabilitation documentation as directed.
  • Participate in departmental denial-management activities to help ensure claims and appeals are processed promptly and according to company procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and order office and clinical supplies as needed.
  • Attend rehabilitation meetings, training programs, and in-service education.
  • Assist with approved exercise, educational, and community-related programs.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of resident and company information.
  • Follow facility dress-code, attendance, safety, and professional-conduct requirements.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare partners.
  • Perform additional rehabilitation support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, healthcare, caregiving, or resident transportation preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recognize concerns and promptly communicate them to a licensed therapist or supervisor.
  • Sound judgment and a strong commitment to resident and workplace safety.
  • Ability to read and understand policies, procedures, schedules, and technical instructions.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
