Tätigkeiten:

  • Leerwohnungssanierung und -modernisierung
  • Unterstützung unseres Handwerkerteams bei Instandhaltungs- und Verschönerungsarbeiten
  • Reinigung von Wohnungen nach Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Reinigung von Treppenhäusern nach Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • vergleichbare Aufgaben
  • Teilzeitbeschäftigung 30 Stunden/Woche

Ihr Profil:

  • Führerschein Klasse B (alt: 3) – inkl. Bereitschaft, einen Transporter zu fahren
  • gerne Erfahrung im Bereich der Bauendreinigungen
  • Kundenfreundliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständiges sowie sauberes Arbeiten und Organisieren
  • Teamfähigkeit & Flexibilität
  • Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Werkzeug, Maschinen und Material
  • Verständnis für digitale Arbeitssysteme und -abläufe
