Reinigungskraft als Springer (m/w/d) – Minijob in Heilbronn

Ideal als flexibler Nebenverdienst – zum Beispiel neben Rente, Familie oder Haushalt.

Die Walther GmbH betreut Wohn- und Apartmentanlagen im Raum Stuttgart und Heilbronn. Für unser Objekt in Heilbronn suchen wir eine zuverlässige Vertretung bei Urlaub und Krankheit .

Ihre Arbeitszeit:

  • Regulär ca. 10 Stunden im Monat
  • Bei Urlaub oder Krankheit ca. 4 Stunden am Tag . Dafür sollten Sie in diesen Zeiten auch kurzfristig flexibel sein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Reinigung von Apartments, Treppenhaus und Allgemeinflächen
  • Übergaben und Abnahmen von Apartments mit Protokoll (per App auf dem Handy)
  • Kleine Tätigkeiten rund ums Haus, z. B. Kontrollgänge und Mülltonnen bereitstellen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Reinigung, gern auch aus dem eigenen Haushalt
  • Gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise nach der Einarbeitung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität im Vertretungsfall
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (für Protokolle und Gespräche mit Mietern)
  • Führerschein Klasse B erwünscht
  • Wohnort in Heilbronn oder Umgebung
