Das Seniorenwohn- & Pflegeheim Birkenhof befindet sich in idyllischer Lage in der Gemeinde Neu Eichenberg im Ortsteil Hermannrode. Der Birkenhof ist ein Familiengeführtes, kleines Pflegeheim mit 51 Bewohnern und ca. 65 Mitarbeitern. Bei uns kümmern sich alle Mitarbeiter rund um die Uhr um die Bedürfnisse unserer Senioren und deren Angehörigen. Dank unseres vielfältigen Leistungsspektrum können wir auf die individuellen Ansprüche jedes einzelnen Bewohners eingehen und so eine hochwertige Pflege garantieren. Dabei haben wir in unserem Haus den Anspruch, allen Bewohnern genau die Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit zu geben, welche benötigt und gewünscht wird. Unser Ziel ist es dabei ein positives und lebenswertes Umfeld, für alle hier lebenden und arbeiteten Menschen, zu schaffen. Ein harmonischer und vertrauensvoller Umgang mit Senioren, Familien und Kollegen ist für uns dabei unabdingbar.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung manueller Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten an verschiedenen
  • Oberflächen
  • Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten, inkl. Glasreinigungsarbeiten (Fenster)
  • Warnung von Bewohnern und Mitarbeitern vor feuchten Bodenbelägen, etwa
  • mittels Hinweisschild
  • Feststellen von zu reinigender textiler Raumausstattung und diese zur
  • Wäschereinigung geben
  • Aufbereitung von Zimmern und Büroräumen.
