Wir suchen eine zuverlässige Reinigungskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (30–40 Std./Woche) für mehrere Objekte in Lübeck / Neustadt – mit klarer Möglichkeit, sich zum Vorarbeiter weiterzuentwickeln.

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • 30–40 Stunden pro Woche (Teil-/Vollzeit)
  • Firmenwagen wird gestellt
  • Feste Objekte & klare Abläufe
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung
  • Aufstiegsmöglichkeit zum Vorarbeiter
  • Langfristige Zusammenarbeit

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterhaltsreinigung in Büro- und Gewerbeobjekten
  • Sicherstellen von Sauberkeit und Ordnung
  • Mit zunehmender Erfahrung:
  • Unterstützung bei Organisation & Kontrolle
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Führerschein Klasse B (Pflicht)
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B1
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Reinigung
  • Zuverlässigkeit & eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
