Wir sind eine etablierte Agentur, die Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäuser im Harz vermietet, reinigt und instand hält. Darüber hinaus betreiben wir das Hotel Rosenhof Braunlage. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Reinigungskraft mit Führungskompetenz .

Ihre Aufgaben:

Reinigung und Pflege von Ferienwohnungen, Ferienhäusern und Hotelzimmern gemäß hoher Qualitätsstandards

Koordination und Anleitung des Reinigungsteams

Kontrolle der Arbeitsqualität und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Planung und Organisation der täglichen Reinigungsabläufe sowie Einsatzplanung des Reinigungspersonals

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs und enger Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen

Verwaltung und Bestellung von Reinigungsmitteln und Materialien

Ihr Profil:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Reinigung, idealerweise im Hotel- oder Ferienwohnungsbereich

Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen

Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Auge fürs Detail

Freundliches, kommunikatives Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit

Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

Grundkenntnisse in der EDV zur Planung und Dokumentation von Reinigungsarbeiten
