Aufgaben:

  • Beratung zu Reisezielen weltweit und passenden Produkten
  • Vermittlung und Verkauf von Pauschal-, Aktions- und Individualreisen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Reiseplänen
  • Buchungen bearbeiten, Verträge abwickeln und Nachverfolgung
  • Kundendaten, Angebote und Reservierungssysteme pflegen
  • Erfahrung mit Bistro, Iris Plus, Toma und Sabre Vacations (Merlin) wünschenswert

Anforderungen:

. gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein plus aber keine Voraussetzung

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Tourismus oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Fundierte Kenntnisse globaler Reiseziele und Produkte

· Sicherer Umgang mit Buchungssystemen und MS-Office

· Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit

· Flexibilität (Wochenend-/Schichtdienst)
