REISEEXPERTEN (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (40h) oder Teilzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

–> Kompetente, freundliche und kundenorientierte Beratung am Counter, Telefon, per Mail und Internet

–> Gestaltung und Verkauf von Reiseerlebnissen und Zusatzprodukten

–> Kundenbindung durch bestmöglichsten Service

–> Unseren Kunden fürs Reisen begeistern

–> Ausarbeitung von komplexen und individuellen Reisebuchungen/-angeboten

--> Digitale Kommunikation über unsere Online- und Social Media Kanäle

Du bietest:

–> Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/Reiseverkehrskauffrau oder

–> Langjährige Erfahrung im Reisebüro

–> Gute Fachkenntnisse in der Beratung (Touristik, Flug, Bahn)

–> Gute Produkt- und Zielgebietskenntnisse

–> Leidenschaft fürs Reisen und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden

–> Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen touristischen Vertriebssystemen

–> Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Internet und E-Mail-Programmen

–> Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und Korrespondenzsicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch

–> Aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Technologien und Kommunikationswegen (Internet / Social Media)

–> Motivierter, flexibler und engagier Teamplayer
