  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -Operative Koordination der Reisen nach Buchungseingang
  • -Schnittstelle zwischen Leistungsträgern, Agenturen und Reiseveranstaltern
  • -Disposition der Hotels in den Zielgebieten
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den -Bereichen Flug, Produkt, Einkauf und Qualitätsmanagement
  • -Überwachung der Buchungen im firmeneigenen Buchungssystem
  • -Pflege und Überwachung von Gruppenkontingenten
  • -Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise in der Touristik
  • -Erste Berufserfahrungen
  • -Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • -Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • -Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • -Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • -Türkisch von Vorteil
