Wir sind ein unabhängiges Vollreisebüro mit IATA und Touristik und suchen zum schnellstmöglichen Eintrittstermin eine/n Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ausarbeiten von vielseitigen Reiseanfragen
  • Angebotserstellung
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Privat- und Geschäftsreisen
  • IATA-Reservierung, Buchung und Ticketing über Amadeus
  • Persönliche und telefonische Kundenberatung
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungs- und Abrechnungsvorgängen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung am Counter im Reisebüro
  • IATA-Kenntnisse
  • Ticketing, Flugtouristik, Pauschaltouristik
  • Gute Kenntnisse Amadeus Selling Plattform
  • Umfassende Zielgebietskenntnisse
  • Hohe Servicebereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbständiges, sicheres und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Deutsch Verhandlungssicher
  • Englisch erweiterte Kenntnisse
