At Commercial Fire Protection, we do more than fire safety—we deliver peace of mind. Every day, we step up as heroes, solving problems, ensuring compliance, and building trust. Backed by cutting-edge technology like FireCloud and a culture of excellence, we deliver full-spectrum fire protection solutions to multifamily, commercial, municipal, and HOA clients from Seattle to Houston. In the Bay Area, we've grown into a family of companies offering complementary services to the same clients.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Manager to join our growing Bay Area team. You'll be responsible for connecting our family of companies, identifying cross-sell opportunities across each brand's client base, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Bay Area. This is an inside/outside role, split between phone and email outreach and time in the field with clients. Fire life safety experience is not required. We'll teach you the services. If you're a hunter with a heart—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approach—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate cross-sell opportunities across the client bases of Commercial Fire Protection and our family of companies

Work inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals

Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals across our full suite of brands and offerings

Learn each brand's services and position the right mix for each client

Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to existing and prospective clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams

Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs

Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance, and brand leadership) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

Candidate Profile :

2+ years of inside or outside sales experience, ideally in building services or B2B service industries (facilities, security, HVAC, pest control, landscaping, or similar)

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

Comfortable on the phone and in the field

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Self-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindset

Fire life safety experience is not required

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, subject to the terms of the Company’s written Sales Commission Plan.

Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match)

Mileage reimbursement for field visits

Ongoing training and professional development

A purpose-driven career centered around providing tailored solutions and consistently delivering on promises

All qualified applicants to Commercial Fire Protection are considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran's status or any other protected characteristic.
