Premier Banking supports customers with more sophisticated financial needs through a dedicated relationship management model. Our team works with high net worth customers across Australia, building a deep understanding of their goals and supporting them across their broader banking needs - from home and investment lending through to deposits, everyday banking and connections to specialist expertise across CommBank. It's a proposition built on knowing your customers, owning their experience, and helping them make the most of their financial position over time.

As an experienced Relationship Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high net worth customers and the trusted relationships that come with it. You'll understand each customer's complete financial picture, anticipate what they need before they ask, and bring together lending, deposit and specialist expertise from across CommBank to deliver a genuinely personalised experience.

• •Build and deepen trusted, long-term relationships by understanding each customer's financial position, priorities and goals.
• •Manage your customers across lending, deposits, everyday banking and their broader financial needs.
• •Structure and support complex home and investment lending, maintaining ownership throughout the customer journey.
• •Conduct quality financial health checks, using customer and portfolio insights to identify the right opportunities.
• •Grow and retain deposits while helping customers make informed decisions about their overall banking relationship.
• •Manage your portfolio proactively through meaningful, regular contact, rather than waiting for a need to arise.
• •Attract new customers to Premier through referrals, internal networks and external relationships.
• •Partner with Associates and specialists across business banking, investments, financial advice and protection to connect customers with the right expertise.

We're interested in hearing from people who:

We're looking for an experienced Premier banker, or a strong home lender ready to broaden into full relationship management. You bring real depth in lending and genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships with customers.

• •Have experience managing a portfolio of customers in Premier or Private Banking, or come from a strong Home Lending background.
• •Manage complex home and investment lending with confidence and capability.
• •Work comfortably across a diverse range of products and needs, not lending alone.
• •Bring commercial instinct and the confidence to identify opportunities that deepen customer relationships.
• •Lead with a genuine customer mindset and a consistent record of high-quality, personalised service.
• •Hold Certificate IV in lending or equivalent, along with relevant deposit and general insurance accreditation (preferred).
