Reliability Engineer Tarragona (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• •Implementation and continuous improvement of the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)
• •On-site support for assessment, diagnosis, and installation of mechanical seals
• •Execution and monitoring of scheduled equipment inspection routes within the plant
• •Conducting root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
• •Maintenance of documentation and tracking in contract or management systems
• •Monitoring of critical equipment (“bad actors”) and development of corrective actions
• •Preparation of structured inspection and condition reports

Qualifications:

• •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• •Proven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
• •Experience in industrial environments or maintenance operations is an advantage
• •Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• •Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
