Reliability & Maintenance Engineer | DSL-01
As Reliability & Maintenance Engineer DSL-01, you are responsible for building and continuously improving the facility's maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity framework. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you help ensure the plant operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
The role starts with a strong Maintenance Engineering focus. Your priority will be to help establish the maintenance and reliability foundation of DSL-01 by answering a fundamental question: "how do we maintain our assets safely, reliably, and efficiently throughout their lifecycle?"
You will translate reliability studies, equipment criticality assessments, and integrity requirements into practical maintenance plans, inspection programmes, spare parts strategies, and asset management processes.
As the facility moves into stable operations, the focus gradually shifts towards Reliability Engineering, where you will use asset health monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to prevent failures and improve long-term asset performance.
Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and external specialists, you will help reduce technical risk and improve asset reliability from day one.
You will:
Develop and continuously improve maintenance, inspection, and asset integrity strategies
Translate reliability studies, FMECA analyses, and engineering data into practical maintenance plans within the CMMS/EAM system
Act as owner of the asset register from a maintenance, reliability, and integrity perspective
Support the implementation and continuous development of the facility's CMMS/EAM system
Drive reliability improvements through asset health monitoring, KPI analysis, and predictive maintenance techniques
Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions
Monitor and improve reliability performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and inspection compliance
Support asset improvement, modification, and long-term replacement strategies throughout the asset lifecycle
Your profile
As a growing company in a rapidly evolving industry, we are looking for people who embrace change and are motivated to actively contribute to building and scaling our business. You are someone who feels comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, takes ownership, and enjoys turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions.

Experience with RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, and maintenance strategy development
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or IFS
Preferred
Experience in chemical, petrochemical, energy, or other process industries like food or FMCG
Experience with CMMS/EAM implementation or optimisation
Experience with predictive maintenance and condition monitoring
Knowledge of ATEX, PED, and asset integrity management
