The Inside Parts Specialist is responsible for providing a great customer experience by assisting each of our customers with any part or vehicle questions they may have. The Representative is also responsible for utilizing the tools provided to obtain sales and meet the department conversion rate goals. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with experience in parts.

This is a full-time salary-plus-commission role and can be worked remotely. Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (PT). Please consider the time difference if not living in a (PT) zone.

Remote work is only offered if you live in:

Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, California, Vermont, Florida, New Jersey, Maryland, Alabama, Massachusetts, Oregon, or Kentucky

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• •Must have 2 years of European Vehicle & Parts Knowledge Required (Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW). We are not looking for just a general parts person. If you are not a specialist, please be respectful of both of our time.
• •Must be proficient in using parts software PET, EPC, ETK, and Partslink24. This is a must; we do not train on how to use this software. You must have at least 2 years of experience with each of the programs. There is a simple test we ask you to take in order to test your proficiency.
• •Positive attitude and a true desire to help people
• •Strong, organized multitasker with a team player mindset
• •Typing speed of 45WPM
• •Provide great customer service using all sourcing channels and tools (Phone, email, and QA expectations)
• •Meet the standards for conversion rate and total sales
• •Must be computer proficient, as remote login does require a basic understanding of system operations.
• •Must have a reliable internet connection and a mobile phone capable of installing apps.
