The Federal Savings Bank is seeking client-focused sales professionals with at least three years of mortgage banking experience to help customers navigate the home lending process with confidence. Key Responsibilities

• •Offer loan solutions to customers while keeping in mind lending guidelines and the requirements of the customer
• •Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio
• •Look for opportunities that will help to retain clients as well as develop new ones
• •Manage the efficiency of your customer pipeline
• •Establish loan solutions and offer products and services to customers
• •Review and ensure documentation is compliant
• •Gather customer information for analysis for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
• •Co-act with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mortgage transactions are complete
• •Responsible for managing self-generated customer referrals and realtor needs

Requirements

• •Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales
• •Active NMLS #
• •Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred
• •Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success
• •Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals within all departments of the bank
• •Thorough knowledge of current loan originating guidelines/procedures
• •Favorable credit and background check

Outside Sales Compensation

This position is 100% commission and those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance. There is no cap on commissions.
